DarkWood Education was Founded by BlueFox Schools, an Organization that funds all Schools that teach Students of all types. We are Founded as an Online K12 Institution, in fact we were based off of a Lighting Bolt hitting a tree, and people observing that tree that got struck, hence the name "DarkWood Education" a Tree Struck by Lightning (DarkWood), and People Observing the Tree (Education).
That little joke turned into us, DarkWood Education K12 or DarkWood for Short, a Online Institution helping kids learn digitally.
